Yesterday, Xiaomi had tapped into the market with the new Redmi Earbuds S and today they are going to conduct the first sale for the gadget. The existing Redmi AirDots S earphones which were launched in China, the Redmi Earbuds S is a re-branded version of them. The new Earbuds S price is cheaper than any other smartphone manufacturers. But somehow, a few audio companies like Boat sell out a range of cheap true wireless earphones.
The actual price of the Earbuds S is 2,399 INR but the Xiaomi sells out it for 1,799 which is a 25% discount. The customers can get the Earbuds S via Mi Home stores, Amazon India, Xiaomi’s official e-commerce website, and even on Mi Studio outlets. Today at midnight, the first sale of the Redmi Earbuds S will begin.
The new Earbuds features 7.2mm drivers. There is an IPX4 rating for sweat resistance provided by the company. According to the company, the earphones can last up to 12 hours when it’s connected with the charging case. After a full charge, it can easily work for 4 hours. In terms of better connectivity, there is Bluetooth 5.0 setup in the Redmi Earbuds S. The Earbus comes with a low-latency mode for gaming sessions.
The users can use each earbud separately for comfort purposely. Supported by voice assistants, the new earbuds also provide environmental noise reduction.
Compared to the recently launched Realme Buds Air Neo which costs up to 2,999 INR, the new Redmi Earbuds S is available at a much cheaper price.
