According to the report, soon Samsung is going to launch the Samsung Galaxy M01 in India. The allegedly upcoming budget-friendly smartphone will be released in the first week of June. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy M11 may also launch with Galaxy M01 around the same time in the country.
Yet there are no official reports about the Samsung Galaxy M01 but in March 2020, Galaxy M11 was announced. There are some key specifications unclosed of the Galaxy M01 and the reports also says that both smartphone are said to be under 10,000 INR in the country.
Powered by the Snapdragon 439 SoC, the Galaxy M01 is said to run One UI. The phone comes with a 5.71-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) TFT display with 19:9 aspect ratio. There are two rear cameras on the back, one is a 13-megapixel primary sensor and the other one is a 2-megapixel secondary depth sensor. There is also a 5-megapixel selfie shooter camera in the front of the phone. It also features a 3GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. As expected, there is a 4,000mAh battery inside the Galaxy M01 with support for 5W charging.
The Samsung Galaxy M11 is powered by an octa-core SoC, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 512GB using a microSD card. The smartphone comes with a 6.4-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) display and on the top left corner of the screen, there is a hole-punch cutout. Talking about the cameras, there are three rear cameras setup that includes a 13-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera. You can click your selfies with the 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
In terms of connectivity, the phone has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Glonass, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, and a USB Type-C port. A 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
