The well-known Chinese company Xiaomi has launched the new Redmi K30i in China. Compare to the regular K30, this new affordable 5G smartphone is a softer version, which features a Snapdragon 765G chipset, a 120Hz high refresh-rate display, and a 48MP quad-camera array.
Till now, there are no reports about the smartphone being launched in the Indian markets. On 22nd April, the Chinese company had released the Mi 10 5G and its first true wireless earphones and Mi Box in India.
The Redmi K30i comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD and has a resolution of (2400 x 1080 pixels) display accompanied with a 120Hz high refresh-rate and also has an HDR10 playback as a support system. There are two selfie cameras covered with a dual punch-hole cutout and for safety purposes, there is a Gorilla Glass 5 at the top of the screen.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset and there is also a 40% uptick in the graphics performance provide through an octa-core CPU and Adreno 620 GPU. The smartphone also features a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage which can’t be further expanded. The MIUI 11 out-of-the-box is the operator of the phone.
In terms of camera, it has a quad-camera setup which includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree field-of-view, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor, and a primary 48MP camera with an f/1.79 aperture. Through the rear cameras, you can also record videos in 4K at 30FPS and slow-motion videos at 960FPS. For the selfies, there is a primary 20MP camera supported by a 2MP depth sensor.
The smartphone feature a 4,500mAh battery support with 30W fast charging that makes the phone capable of recharging from 0-100% in just about an hour. With the help fingerprint reader which is in the front power button, you can have easy and quick access to unlocking the phone.
The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage Xiaomi Redmi K30i cost up to CNY 1,899. The smartphone comes in a range of different colors which include white, blue, red, and purple to choose from.
