Oppo has launched pre-order for it’s lastest model Reno 2Z smartphone in India. On August 28th this year, the company officially launched three new Reno 2 series smartphones including the Oppo Reno 2, Oppo Reno 2Z and Oppo Reno 2F.
Compared to the version of the Oppo Reno 2, the Reno 2Z is a more affordable smartphone. The Reno 2Z houses a quad-camera setup with a 48-megapixel sensor.
The phone has a standard pop-up camera module, where on the other hand you’ll find shark fin-style pop-up selfie mechanism. The Oppo Reno 2Z will be carrying a Rs 29,990 price tag in India.
The phone comes in one variant with 8GB RAM and its Internal storage is 256GB. The phone is available in two color options including Sky White and Luminous Black. The Oppo Reno 2Z is available on some of the online stores like Flipkart, Amazon India, Snapdeal, Paytm Mall.
Oppo’s has made the details of the offline availability of this phone available to the public. Starting from September 6th, the phone will also be available in regular sales.
The display of the Reno 2Z is Gorilla Glass 5 protection and its 6.53-inch screen and full-HD + (1,080 x 2,340 pixels).
Despite having a notch-less display, Oppo hasn’t used the shark fin-style pop-up selfie camera module on Reno 2Z and Reno 2. On the top center edge of the phone, there is a standard pop-up camera with a 16-megapixel lens.
Under the hood, the phone packs a powerful MediaTek Helio P90 SoC. The phone houses four rear-mounted cameras comprising a 48MP sensor, along with an 8MP wide-angle sensor, a 2MP mono lens, and a 2MP portrait lens. Furthermore, the Reno 2Z runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie OS and is backed by a 4,000mAh battery which supports VOOC 3.0 charging.
