Evil Geniuses Reveals Mixed-Gender ‘Valorant’ Roster

Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses have revealed their first Valorant roster, a mixed-gender group spearheaded by esports commentator and analyst Christine ‘Potter’ Chi.

The legacy esports org described this lineup as a “game-changer” ahead of their impending Valorant Champions Tour debut. Unlike multiple male and all-female rosters’ debut seen in the esports scene lately, Evil Geniuses decided to take a different route, making its foray into the competition with a mixed-gender roster.

“This team is not like the others. We’re building a Valorant squad, and doing things our way,” the organization noted in its Jan. 28 announcement. “If you’ve got a hot take, spare us. This isn’t a gimmick. It’s a game-changer.”

Keeping its word to revolutionize the game, their new roster competed in the Valorant Challengers Open Qualifier on Jan. 27. The mixed-gender roster kicked off with former Counter-Strike pro and fan-favorite caster Potter, who was later given the keys to the kingdom to build her roster.

“Evil Geniuses approached me with the opportunity to create something special and help define the emerging Valorant scene,” the new Evil Geniuses captain noted. “I think we’re going to surprise a lot of people.”

“Super excited to get this project started. Come cheer for us.” You can check out the Evil Geniuses Valorant roster below.
