Cyberpunk 2077 has uncovered GTA San Andreas easter egg that honors one of the most momentous missions from Rockstar’s 2004 action-adventure game.

Cyberpunk 2077 is has gone up for grabs on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, and Google Stadia after years of anticipation, and the game seems to be living up to the hype. The game’s most notable part is Night City, which is one of the most immersive cities ever created in a video game.

The megalopolis boasts an impressive array of Easter Eggs. The game features two characters called Smoke and JC, which are inspired by the GTA San Andreas‘ protagonist CJ and a transgressor Big Smoke. In the game, there is a journal featuring dialogue between two characters that allude to the GTA San Andreas mission dubbed, the Wrong Side of the Tracks.

The aforesaid mission is touted as one of the most iconic in all of Grand Theft Auto. As if that weren’t enough, these characters make their appearance in the game, but regrettably, they are dead. There’s a half-eaten hamburger next to Little Smoke’s body.

At the moment, this appears to be the only GTA Easter Egg in the game. It is a good one from the popular Grand Theft Auto game and the third-best game from Rockstar Games behind Bully and Red Dead Redemption 2.
